Menentukan Awal Ramadhan 1444H, FaSya UIN Salatiga Kerjasama dengan Kemenag Boyolali Gelar Lokakarya Imsakiyah

Boyolali-Bulan suci Ramadhan 1444H akan segera datang, sudah menjadi kegiatan rutin Fakultas Syari’ah (FaSya) UIN Salatiga menggelar kegiatan Lokakarya Imsakiyah untuk menentukan jadwal awal Ramadhan. Kali ini FaSya UIN Salatiga menggandeng beberapa Instansi di bawah naungan Kementerian Agama (Kemenag). Pada Selasa (28/02/2023), Lokakarya Imsakiyah FaSya UIN salatiga bekerjasama dengan Kemenag Kabupaten Boyolali dengan menghadirkan Para Ulama setempat, tokoh-tokoh Agama, Kepala Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) di Lingkungan Kab. Boyolali dan masyarakat sekitar Kemenag.
Bertempat di ruang pertemuan kantor pelayanan haji, membuka acara Drs. Jindar Wahyudi, M.Ag. selaku KaSie BIMAS mewakili KanKemenag yang sedang mendampingi Menteri Agama di Solo. Dia sangat mengapresiasi sekali kegaitan ini bisa berjalan dengan menggandeng Kemenag Boyolali.
“Belum pernah diadakan acara seperti ini sebelumnya. dan untuk menentukan arah kiblat, waktu shalat, diperlukan ilmu falak sehingga kehadiran akademisi UIN salatiga dan para ulama sekitar sangat penting Awal Ramadhan di Kabupaten Boyolali sudah terbiasa dengan perbedaan metode penentuan awal ramadhan, NU & Muhammadiyah. Saling menghormati dan tidak menjadi perselisihan antar masyarakat yang memiliki perbedaan tersebut.” tuturnya.
Lebih lanjut, “ilmu penentuan Awal Ramdhan sudah sangat jarang sekali yang mempelajarinya. Hisab rukyat yang biasa digunakan oleh pemerintah dan NU , mamakai teropong, namun memaki teropong pun juga tidak mudah dan tidak semua orang bisa menggunakan. Pada waktu-waktu mendatang, semoga ada pelatihan yang intensif. Kareba kebanyakan jaman sekarang hisab hakiki yang banyak dipelajari” tutupnya.
Prof. Dr. Ilyya Muhsin selaku Dekan FaSya UIN Salatiga berharap dengan terjalinnya kerjasama bersama Kemenag Boyolali, Lokakarya Imsakiyah ini kbisa berlangsung tiap tahunnya secara rutin bersama.
“Outcome dari acara ini adalah terbitnya jadwal imsakiyah yang akan diterbitkan UIN Salatiga, untuk dibagikan ke masyarakat lingkungan Salatiga, Boyolali dan sekitarnya” tuturnya.
Pada sesi pemateri, KH. Abdul Basit selaku ahli falak Kota Salatiga menjelaskan bahwa Bulan Ramadhan merupakan bulan suci dan bulan ibadah bagi umat Islam, baik yang bernilai mahdlah maupun yang bernuansa sosial/ghairu mahdlah terutama saat dalam kondisi lapar, bahkan dapat sebagai sarana untuk mencapai raqam tertentu bilamana ibadah itu dilaksanakan dengan penuh keikhlasan.
Jadwal Imsakiyah Ramadhan, khususnya dan umumnya jadwal waktu shalat, merupakan bagian penting yang harus diperhatikan untuk keabsahan ibadah shalat dan puasa.
“Ada beberapa hal yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian, diantaranya: Jadwal imsakiyah dibuat untuk daerah tertentu sedang untuk daerah lainnya harus memperhatikan konversi waktu, baik dengan menambah atau mengurangi. Kemudian ketepatan jam yang dipakai untuk menentukan masuknya waktu shalat harus diperhatikan,” Jelasnya.
Pada penutupan, Basith memaparkan Beragamnya sistem penetapan awal bulan qamariyah yang berkembang di masyarakat, seyogyanya, umat Islam bisa menghargai keragaman tersebut, karena ‘ikhtilaf al-ummah rahmah’ bukan sebaliknya menjadi penyebab perpecahan umat Islam. Oleh sebab itu peranan ulil amri sangat penting, khususnya di Indonesia, dan loyalitas pimpinan Ormas Islam terhadap keputusan pemerintah sedapat mungkin direalisasikan. Untuk memperoleh hasil yang akurat dan untuk lebih memantapkan keyakinan umat Islam dalam beribadah kecermatan dalam melakukan aktifitas untuk menetapkan awal bulan, baik saat menghitung dan saat melaksanakan rukyat di tempat-tempat rukyat harus diupayakan, begitu juga dalam menentukan masuknya waktu shalat, tutupnya”.
