Sambut Bulan Suci Ramadhan 1444H, FaSya UIN Salatiga Gandeng Kemenag Sragen Gelar Lokakarya Imsakiyah
Sragen-Lokakarya Imsakiyah menjadi kegiatan rutin yang diadakan oleh Fakultas Syari’ah (FaSya) setiap tahunnya. Pada bulan februari, FaSya bekerjasama dengan Kemenag Kabupaten Boyolali. Memasuki bulan Maret ini, pada kamis (02/03/2023) FaSya kembali lagi menggelar lokakarya imsakiyah bekerjasama dengan Kemenag Kabupaten Sragen. Bertempat di ruang pertemuan Kemenag Sragen, Lokakarya menghjadirkan segenap Ormas NU, ormas Muhammadiyah, ormas LDII, ormas MTA, Guru-guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Sragen serta tokoh-tokoh agama dan masyarakat sekitar.
Lokakarya adalah kegiatan yang biasanya menjadi tradisi orang-orang berilmu dan para ulama. Sehingga mengikuti dan belajar menangkap isi lokakarya yang digelar adalah salah satu wujud komitmen kita untuk berkhidmat kepada masyarakat dengan keanekaragamannya agar bangsa ini tetap damai. Hasil dari Lokakarya, diharapkan hadirin bisa belajar memahami, mendalami, mengamalkan dan mensosialisasikan outputnya. Menjadi kesempatan yang sangat baik terselenggaranya kegiatan ini karena jarang Kemenag mengadakannya, biasanya hanya menjadi peserta,” sambut Kankemenag Sragen Ihsan Muhadi, S.Ag., M.Si.
Dilanjutkan sambutan dari Prof. Dr. Ilyya Muhsin selaku Dekan FaSya UIN Salatiga bahwa “melihat kebiasaan yang berlangsung yaitu perbedaan harus menjadi rahmat bagi kita, karena kita tahu masing-masing perbedaan memiliki dasar yang kuat dan bisa dipertanggung jawabkan”.
Ilmu yang terkandung dalam lokakarya ini sangat sekali menarik untuk dipelajari. pada FaSya UIN Salatiga, konsentrasinya diprogram studi (prodi) Hukum Keluarga Islam (HKI) rumpun ilmu falak diberikan kepada mahasiswa sebagai bekal mereka untuk menjadi regenerasi menggantikan para ilmuan dan ulama masa depan dalam menentukan jadwal penentuan awal bulan suci Ramadhan. Maka Ilyya mensosialisasikan kepada hadirin untuk anak-anak mereka bila berminat menempuh studi Sarjananya di FaSya UIN Salatiga.
Ketua Pimpinan Tarjih dan Tajdid Muhammadiyah Karanganyar Ruswa Darsono, S.T. selaku pemateri menyampaikan:
“output dari lokakarya ini adalah jadwal imsakiyah, jadwal yang memuat waktu memulai dan menyudahi puasa (mulai
menahan makan minum dan lainnya, menyudahi dengan berbuka) dan waktu-waktu shalat pada Bulan Ramadhan”.
Imam Al-Mawardi menulis di dalam kitab Iqna’-nya, yaitu: “Waktu berpuasa adalah dari terbitnya fajar kedua sampai tenggelamnya matahari. Akan tetapi (akan lebih baik bila) orang yang berpuasa melakukan imsak (menghentikan makan dan minum) sedikit lebih awal sebelum terbitnya fajar dan menunda berbuka sejenak setelah tenggelamnya matahari agar ia
menyempurnakan imsak (menahan diri dari yang membatalkan puasa) di antara keduanya.” (lihat Ali bin Muhammad Al-Mawardi, Al-Iqnaa’[Teheran: Dar Ihsan, 1420 H] hal. 74), jelasnya Darsono”.
Pada sesion buka pertanyaan, Mario menjadi penanya pertama menenyakan perihal “Pemahaman masyarakat secara global sampai sekarang bahwa batas memulai puasa adalah dari jadwal imsyak yang tersebar. Kemudian terkait penjelasan adanya jeda waktu imsyak beragam dari 5-12 menit masih diperbolehkan sahur sampai batas akhir yaitu waktu subuh adalah sebenarnya awal memulai puasa. Bagaimana cara mensosialisasikan hal tersebut?
“Apabila jeda waktu tersebut disebarkan umum tanpa penjelasan rinci oleh ulama atau orang/guru yang memhami ilmunya, dikawatirkan akan berbahahaya dalam artian penerimaan masyarakat akan beragam. Sehingga jadwal imsyak tu sangat penting, untuk memberikan pengingat batasan waktu berpuasa dan shalat yang mudah diterima oleh masyarakat, jawab Darsono dan Rifa (dosen Falak FaSya UIN Salatiga)”.
Nikmatul ula dari penyuluh juga menanyakan tentang “Bagaimana pandangan pemateri dengan jadwal shalat abadi yang sering kita temukan dibeberapa tempat ibadah. Apakah jadwal tersebut bisa digunakan sebagai jadwal setiap tahunnya kita berpuasa?”.
“Sebenarnya jadwal abadi sudah ketinggalan, karena tidak ter-update. Apalagi sekarang jadwal shalat sudah bisa ter-update dan mudah bisa diakses di manapun seperti pada kalender dan internet. Alam itu bersifat tidak statis namun dinamis, sehingga ada kemungkinan besar setiap tahun ada perubahan. Akibat dari hal tersebut, jadwal sholat penting untuk melihat topografi masing-masing tempat. sehingga pasti ada perbedaan dari lokasi satu dengan lainnya,” jawab Rifa.
